On January 22, 2012, the Embassy of Ukraine to the to the Republic of South Africa held the festive event on the occasion of the anniversary of the proclamation of the Reunion Act between Ukrainian People’s Republic (UNR) and the Western Ukrainian People’s Republic (ZUNR).

The staff of Ukrainian Embassy, South African citizens and representatives of Ukrainian community in South Africa took part in the celebration.

The regular session of the Coordinating Council of Ukrainians in South Africa was held in the framework of the event.
