Ambassador of Ukraine informed Minister about the current political situation in Ukraine, the main results of policy reforms and current export potential of Ukraine applicable to the Zimbabwean market.

In its turn, Minister informed Ambassador of Ukraine about completion of drafting the new Constitution of Zimbabwe, preparation to a national referendum in this regard and to this year's parliamentary elections. In the context of bilateral relations, Minister noted the presence of Ukrainian construction and tourism companies at the Zimbabwean market, and kindly acknowledged the Ukrainian national program to support Zimbabwean students to study in Ukraine.

Also the parties discussed a range of mutual investment opportunities. They touched upon the perspectives of strengthening bilateral political cooperation in the framework of international organizations, including the UNO.

On the whole, sides considered the state of existing bilateral relations between two countries to be good and very promising.
