May 8, on Remembrance and Reconciliation Day, the Embassy of Ukraine to South Africa honors the memory of the victims of World War II, a terrible page in human history, marked by significant human losses, numerous massacres, and crimes against humanity.

We respect the feat of the Ukrainian people, their outstanding contribution to the victory of the Anti-Hitler Coalition in World War II, and pay tribute to all fighters against Nazism.
