On January 30, Ambassador Olexander Scherba participated in a discussion on modern diplomacy within the framework of Emerging Leaders in Australia-Africa Diplomacy (ELAAD) program co-convened under the auspices of  Australia Africa Universities Network (AAUN). He made emphasis on challenges of truth-based diplomacy in a post-truth world.
