On September 22, Ambassador Olexander Scherba paid a visit to H.E. Ambassador of Qatar Mubarak Bin Nasser Bin Mubarak Al-Khalifa. They discussed the role Qatar plays in returning illegally kidnapped children to Ukraine and the role South Africa can play in this process. The Ambassador thanked his colleague for Qatar's dedication and results in the noble cause of returning Ukrainian children to Ukraine.
