Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of South Africa H.E. Dr. Valery Hrebeniuk together with Ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Greece, Cyprus, Russian Federation and Serbia took part in this solemn ceremony of launching construction of the chapel of St. Apostolic Great Prince Vladimir in memory of Orthodox volunteers which were killed in the Boer War.
